Lance The Turtle

The Eastern Box Turtle.  We named him Lance!  He was cruising in the back yard, and he was our first new friend in Georgia.  We kept him, loved him and fed him for 2 weeks.  I think that I may have learned a little too much from him, though.  Hence- no communication with the outside world for a while!  Our first month of training was full of fun, learning and busy-ness- therefore, time management, or a lack of management made for 5 tired people who yearned to hide inside of their shell!

We just returned from a wonderful road trip studying American History and visiting friends and family.  Photos will come, so you can see how the kids are growing, and some of the amazing things we were able to see 'in-person'!!
